Report Forecasts Major Growth – City urged to relax guidelines
Saskatoon will require massive increases in office, retail and industrial space during the next 20 years to keep up with demand, says a consultant who studied the city’s future growth. The 215-page report, completed by Vancouver-based MXD Development Strategists for $91,000, looked at demand in the retail, hotel, office and industrial sectors during the next two decades and Saskatoon’s ability to keep pace.

New Name for West Valley City Center Project – Fairbourne Station, May 19, 2011
A massive redevelopment project is now under construction for Utah’s second largest city. “Fairbourne Station” will bring a downtown to a city that hasn’t really had one. At an event attended by Gov. Gary Herbert and other dignitaries, West Valley City leaders unveiled the development for the city’s downtown corridor.
