We bring together a team of experts in graphic design and marketing, and work with them to craft the right message and media for the project. We also orchestrate Branding & Identity workshops to gather input from local residents for input and direction for the final project identity. Repositioning & RedevelopmentSome of the best potential development sites are underutilized infill locations within the built-up area. We have worked extensively with developers and urban organizations from Phoenix to Beirut to redevelop infill sites and reposition/add density to existing commercial uses. Our goal is to identify the highest and best use of property through the intensification of uses to capitalize on marketplace opportunities. Economic Development & ImpactsWe have extensive experience working with local communities to identify overall Economic Development strategies to pursue. This could range from rationalizing the retail network to reinvigorating the Downtown Core with the right mix of land uses. We also undertake Economic Impact Assessments of new projects.
